You’ve run the race, now slow down, roll out your mat and find a slower pace.

 In this 30-minute yoga workshop we’ll break down simple ways to work within your body’s limits and find balance between strength and flexibility to reground and rebalance after pumping the legs through the 5k.

 A focused posture-based class, we’ll get juicy as we flush out the legs, floss the hips and give those target body areas some additional yoga lovin’.
